Job summary

Kenco Engineering is seeking a customer-focused Inside Sales / Industrial Product Estimator to support customers, prepare quotations, and provide technical product recommendations for industrial applications. This is a full-time, onsite position working Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of inside sales experience.
• Strong phone presence, active listening, and customer service skills.
• Ability to prepare and communicate detailed quotes, estimates, and financial data.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, planning, and selling skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotes, estimates, pricing, and sales documentation.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Process orders and provide order status updates.
• Support outside sales with product, pricing, and delivery information.
• Develop strong product and application knowledge.
• Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to meet customer needs.
• Identify opportunities to provide value-added solutions.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships and achieve sales objectives.
• Support ISO 9001 quality standards and company procedures.

• Prepare quotes, estimates, pricing, and sales documentation

What We're Looking For

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with oil & gas, petrochemical, power, pulp & paper, or water/wastewater treatment industry products
• Knowledge of liquid level gauges, gas compression components, and related industrial applications
• Basic marketing knowledge

• Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs. may be required
