KELTEC, headquartered in Northeast Ohio, seeks an Inside Sales Representative to develop customer relationships, generate opportunities, and support revenue growth across the end-user sales unit.

You will work with maintenance professionals, purchasing teams, plant managers, and business owners to understand operational needs and propose solutions that improve equipment reliability and simplify procurement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering Technology, Industrial Technology, or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two or more years of inside sales, customer service, account management, industrial distribution, manufacturing, or related role preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Self-motivated with problem-solving abilities and a desire to learn.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM or ERP systems.

Responsabilités

• Develop customer relationships and identify opportunities to generate sales.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on opportunities to improve conversion rates.
