LGG Industrial is seeking a dependable Customer Service Representative to support industrial sales and branch operations in University Park, IL. You will prepare quotes, process orders, monitor inventory, and collaborate with the sales team to service B2B customers.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in B2B customer service or inside sales, strong communication, basic math skills, and proficiency with MS Word/Excel, email, and ERP systems. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is essential.

Qualifications

1+ year of B2B customer service or inside sales experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
Basic math skills (fractions/decimals).
Familiarity with MS Word/Excel, email, and ERP software.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries and process requests in the company’s sales system.
Prepare sales quotes using product and pricing information.
Enter and manage customer orders accurately.
Partner with outside sales reps and branch leadership.
Monitor inventory, order status, and delivery commitments.
Expedite orders and update customers as needed.
Assist with establishing new customer accounts.
Support accounts receivable and collections follow-up.
Provide product/service support to internal and external customers.
Build strong customer and team relationships.
Help the branch achieve sales and growth goals.
Follow all safety policies and procedures.
