ASGCO Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a motivated Inside Sales & Customer Service professional to join our Maryland team. This role blends inside sales, customer service, and branch operations, collaborating with Branch Manager, outside sales, service, and warehouse.

The ideal candidate will be organized, dependable, mechanically inclined, and capable of working with customers in a fast-paced industrial environment. Requires strong communication and ERP/CRM proficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of inside sales, industrial sales, customer service, or branch operations experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and an interest in industrial equipment.
• Ability to prepare accurate quotes and process orders with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and ERP, CRM, or order-entry systems.
• Conveyor, aggregate, mining, cement, manufacturing, or industrial distribution experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions about ASGCO products, pricing, availability, and delivery.
• Prepare accurate quotes for conveyor components, belting, accessories, and services.
• Enter and process customer orders.
• Follow up on quotes, open orders, backorders, and sales opportunities.
• Help customers select the right products for their applications.
• Support outside sales representatives with quotes, pricing, product information, and order status.
• Identify opportunities to sell additional ASGCO products and services.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally.
• Build strong relationships that generate repeat business.
