Job summary

ASGCO Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking an experienced Inside Sales / Customer Service professional to join our team in the United States.

You will use Salesforce to quote products and services to end-users, distributors, OEMs, and National Account customers, and support the outside sales team. Responsibilities include following up on quotes, expediting orders, identifying new customers, and contributing to product development while promoting a safe, collaborative service culture.

Job Description:

• Be a positive, active member of our inside sales team to help generate sales, profits and market share for ASGCO.
• Utilize our Salesforce CRM System to quote products and services to end-users, distributors, OEM’s and National Account customers.
• Provide answers to questions for our outside sales team, distributors, and end-user customers.
• Follow-up on quotes to the customer and expedite orders.
• Look for new customers and help to increase sales and market share for all ASGCO products and services.
• Assist with product development improvements and processes and seek new products for us to promote and improve upon.
• Promote a positive and safe attitude.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business – Marketing and Sales or similar.
• 3+ years of experience in customer service or inside sales; manufacturing a plus.
• Hands-on hardware experience performing fabrication, assembly, and/or testing - can be in a professional, academic or recreational setting.
• Preferred Skills and Experience.
• 3+ years of industrial sales experience.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledgeable in Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
