ASGCO Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales/ Customer Service Rep and Inventory Specialist to join our team in Nazareth, PA. The role focuses on supporting customer relations, quoting products, and maintaining inventory while coordinating with Outside Sales, Engineering, and Manufacturing.

The position requires dependable communication and organizational skills, with in-office schedule Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. Overtime may be required; work-from-home is not offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service, purchasing, and/or inventory management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiar with Salesforce, AS400, and other business systems.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Inside Sales/ Customer Service

Location: Nazareth, PA

ASGCO engineers, manufactures, and sells a wide array of conveyor and screening components, all specifically designed and engineered for the mining, aggregate, cement, recycling, bulk shipping terminals, food processing and other bulk material handling industries. We focus on providing exceptional products and services to our customers with the best solutions for their conveyor and screening material handling applications.

ASGCO is seeking a motivated and detail oriented Inside Sales/ Customer Service Rep and Inventory Specialist to join our inside sales team. This role requires a dependable professional with communication and organizational skills to support customer relations and internal sales operations.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Manage customer accounts, quote products, and ensure timely follow‑up on quotes and callbacks
• Manage inventory of key distribution product lines
• Process purchase orders and track shipments for stock and ship direct orders per company policy
• Track quotes and shipments to ensure timely delivery
• Generate sales activity and account reports
• Liaise between Outside Sales, Engineering, and Manufacturing to ensure customer satisfaction
• Follow company policies and safety procedures
• Perform additional tasks and special projects as needed

Qualifications:

• 2 years of customer service, purchasing and/or inventory management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Sales Force, AS400, and other business systems
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and manage deadlines
• High level of integrity, reliability, and professionalism

Working Conditions:
