Job summary

ASGCO® “Complete Conveyor Solutions” is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager / Inside Sales Representative for the Maryland team. The role blends inside sales, customer service, and branch operations, collaborating with the Branch Manager, outside sales, service personnel, and warehouse to keep the branch efficient and to grow sales.

The successful candidate will be organized, dependable, mechanically inclined, and comfortable with customers in a fast-paced industrial setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales, customer service, or branch operations.
• Ability to prepare quotes and process orders with accuracy.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with industrial equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions about ASGCO products, pricing, availability, and delivery.
• Prepare accurate quotes for conveyor components, belting, accessories, and services.
• Enter and process customer orders and follow up on quotes and orders.
• Support outside sales with pricing, product information, and order status.
• Identify opportunities to sell additional ASGCO products and services.
