Qualifications

- 15+ years working knowledge of electric power systems.
- Demonstrated leadership in industrial protection and cross-functional innovation.
- Willingness to travel per business need.
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery, development, and advancement of innovative ideas and growth initiatives.
- Drive market analysis, benchmarking, and customer engagement to identify opportunities.
- Translate market opportunities into product requirements with cross-functional teams.
- Provide deep technical expertise to ensure differentiated value in products.
- Influence product strategy, roadmaps, and business cases.
- Educate internal and external audiences about SEL capabilities and emerging technologies.
