Qualifications
- BS degree in Electrical Engineering or applicable discipline.
- 15+ years working knowledge and experience of electric power systems or equivalent.
- Demonstrated expertise in industrial power systems, protection, and automation.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery, development, and advancement of opportunities that align customer needs with SEL capabilities.
- Drive market analysis, customer engagement, and trend analysis to identify opportunities.
- Translate market opportunities into product requirements and development initiatives with cross-functional teams.
- Influence product strategy, roadmaps, and business cases to support growth and customer success.
- Educate and mentor engineers; represent SEL in industry forums and standards bodies.
