Qualifications

BS degree in Electrical Engineering or applicable discipline.
15+ years in electric power systems or related field.
Demonstrated leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
Excellent communication and mentoring capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery and advancement of strategic opportunities in network and communications.
Translate market opportunities into product requirements and roadmaps.
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product Management, and R&D across functions.
