You will guide technology roadmaps, drive adoption, and shape solutions that meet critical high-availability and energy efficiency needs.

You will influence portfolio plans, mentor engineers, and represent SEL in industry forums while traveling as needed to engage customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 15+ years working knowledge of electric power systems or equivalent industry experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and subject-matter expertise in data centers and related practices.
• Willingness to travel and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and advancement of innovative ideas and growth initiatives for data center market.
• Drive market analysis, customer engagement, and trend analysis to identify opportunities and value propositions.
• Translate market opportunities into product requirements with cross-functional teams.
