Job summary

Qualifications

• Read and follow work orders for service, modification, or installation.

Responsibilities

• Replace air and water filters.
• Clean condenser and evaporator coils.
• Clear drain pans and drain lines to prevent overflows.
• Inspect ducts for mold, dust, and debris.
• Check refrigerant charge and repair leaks.
• Test thermostats and controls for correct settings.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment failures.
• Track failures and PM records in CMMS and logs.
