Job summary

Satellite Services Inc. is seeking an Instrument Mechanic to install, repair, maintain and adjust indicating, recording, telemetering, and controlling instruments used to measure and control variables in HVAC and industrial systems.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in HVAC equipment and controls maintenance in industrial settings, plus Universal EPA and Backflow Prevention certifications. Some shift work and weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Security Clearance or ability to obtain upon hire.
• 3–5 years in HVAC equipment and controls maintenance in industrial/commercial/data center settings.
• Backflow Prevention Certification required.
• Universal EPA Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, maintain and adjust indicating and controlling instruments.
• Troubleshoot mechanisms and circuitry; replace defective parts.
• Test assemblies for conformance with specs and perform calibration.
• Perform other duties as assigned and ensure safety regulations.
