Job summary

Satellite Service Inc. is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to install, maintain, and repair HVAC/R systems in office and industrial environments. You will perform coil cleaning, filter replacement, leak checks, and electrical troubleshooting with safety and quality in mind.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, following work orders, and tracking PMs in CMMS. Requires 3–5 years of experience, universal HVAC certification, and ability to obtain government clearance.

Qualifications

• Three to five years' experience in HVAC equipment and controls maintenance.
• Repair experience in industrial/commercial environments preferred.
• Must have good communication skills and be fluent in English.
• Ability to read blueprints, building plans and schematics.
• Able to read and comply with work orders for service or installation.
• Skilled in using power tools, hand tools, and meters safely.

Responsibilities

• Replace air and water filters.
• Clean condenser and evaporator coils.
• Clear drain pans and lines to prevent overflows.
• Inspect ducts for mold, dust, and debris.
• Check refrigerant charge and repair leaks.
• Test thermostats and controls; ensure correct timing functions.
• Troubleshoot and correct equipment failures.
• Track failures and PM records in CMMS and logs.
