We are excited to announce a fantastic opportunity at the newly constructed electric vehicle battery manufacturing plant. This is a performance based, 12-year, O&M contract providing hard services of MEP equipment within the facility, excluding the manufacturing and production equipment.
The objective is to maintain a seamless environment by assuring that equipment is performing to specifications to facilitate uninterrupted manufacturing and administrative functions.
The O&M Specialist is responsible for the safe operation, maintenance, inspection, repair, and reliability of facility infrastructure and utility systems supporting battery cell manufacturing operations.
This position supports mission-critical systems including HVAC equipment, chilled water systems, heating hot water systems, steam and condensate systems, air compressors, process exhaust systems, industrial dehumidifiers (DHUMs), air handling units (AHUs), make-up air units (MAUs), fan coil units (FCUs), building automation systems (BAS), and associated mechanical and electrical equipment.
The objective of this role is to maximize equipment reliability, minimize downtime, ensure compliance with safety requirements, and support continuous manufacturing operations in a high-performance industrial environment.
We are seeking a seasoned industrial maintenance technician with extensive experience in industrial manufacturing, mission-critical facilities, utility operations, chemical processing facilities, automotive manufacturing, battery manufacturing, data centers, pharmaceutical facilities, or similar industrial environments. Candidates should possess advanced mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills and a minimum of seven (7) years of hands‑on industrial maintenance experience involving mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated building systems. Candidates may be required to successfully demonstrate troubleshooting proficiency through practical assessments and technical interviews.
HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $29.13 - 40.09 Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
