Job summary

Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking skilled HVAC Technicians to support the fast-growing North American HVAC business, with work in the Permian Basin. You will participate in startup, commissioning, and aftermarket service, solving facility inefficiencies and providing timely quotes to customers.

We provide STA training, tools, uniforms, and a company vehicle, with safety as the top priority. Travel up to 20% is possible; a valid EPA license and state/local licensing are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of practical working experience on Residential and/or ducted products, air cooled and/or water-cooled chillers, AHU’s or Roof Top ducted units.
• Ability to repair centrifugal compressors, steam turbines, screw chillers system components.
• Travel may be required 10% to 20% to support Branch Customers startup and commissioning activities and aftermarket service.

Responsibilities

• Provide our customers with the highest level of service to solve facility inefficiencies and resolve service-related items.
• As a trusted advisor, provide solutions at commissioning and aftermarket service, including quoting.
• Work collaboratively with local market mechanics to ensure safety and high standards.
