Johnson Controls, Inc. seeks skilled HVAC Technicians to support the fast-growing North American market, focusing on startup, commissioning, and aftermarket service for residential and ducted chillers and AHUs. The role emphasizes safety, customer outcomes, and collaboration with field teams.

You’ll receive STA factory certification, tools, uniforms, and a company vehicle, with travel up to 20%. EPA refrigerants license and state/local licensing are required.

Formación

• Must be a member or willing to join the UA of the Plumbing and Pipe Fitting Industry.
• Minimum 3 years of practical experience on residential/ducted HVAC systems and chillers.
• Ability to repair centrifugal compressors, steam turbines, and roof-top units.
• Willingness to travel 10–20% to support startup and service activities.
• Pass a knowledge examination and enroll in JCI STA training for product knowledge.
• Collaborate with local market mechanics and document issues clearly.
• Provide quotes and participate in Service Plus Rewards; safety-conscious.
• Must maintain EPA license, state/local licensing, and valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-level service to resolve facility inefficiencies and post-installation issues.
• Act as trusted advisor to customers and deliver solutions at commissioning and service.
• Offer recommendations to improve efficiency and identify upsell opportunities.
• Prepare quotes to support recommendations and ensure customer satisfaction.
