Job summary

PPM is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department, enforce policies, investigations, and promotions. You will partner with leadership to implement talent strategies and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will guide management on sensitive issues, develop learning programs, and oversee disciplinary actions, while maintaining strong communication and a focus on employee development.

Qualifications

• Five to ten years of Human Resources Management experience.
• Sound knowledge of labor legislation and HR practices.
• The ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Excellent management and leadership skills.
• Computer skills to include MS Word, Excel, Outlook, database management.
• Strong interpersonal communication, attention to detail, organization, and follow‑up skills.

Responsibilities

• Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization's HR and talent strategy.
• Provides support and guidance to management on sensitive issues, accommodations, investigations, and terminations.
• Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits.
• Creates learning and development programs for internal employee growth.
• Overses disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
• Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Keeps knowledge current on HR trends and employment law.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.
