You will lead cross-functional teams, manage key client relationships, and partner with regional leaders to align strategy with market opportunities. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in engineering or planning, 10+ years in mining, agribusiness, oil and gas, or advanced manufacturing, and certifications (PE, PMP).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering, planning or related field.
• At least 10 years of industry experience.
• Experience developing and managing marketing programs for planning/engineering services.
• Proven ability to manage diverse client relationships and pursuits.
• Experience developing staff including recruiting and career growth.
• Active involvement with industry associations and a visible market presence.
• Ability to collaborate with regional, area and business leaders.
• Demonstrated commitment to HDR values and employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth and diversification of HDR's Industrial portfolio.
• Develop client relationships and pursue new revenue opportunities.
