HDR in Denver seeks an Industrial Market Sector Leader to drive growth across the Industrial portfolio, manage client relationships, and lead cross-functional teams. The role emphasizes recruiting, talent development, and aligning resources with market opportunities to deliver strategic outcomes.

You'll work with local and national leaders to diversify work, pursue high-impact projects, and uphold HDR's employee-owned culture while shaping the industry’s future in Colorado.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, planning or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of industry experience.
• Experience developing and managing strategic marketing programs for planning/engineering services.
• Experience managing diverse client relationships and pursuits.
• Staff development including recruiting and growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Grow HDR's Industrial services portfolio and diversify client relationships.
• Identify and pursue opportunities across consulting, advisory, owners engineering, asset management, due diligence, and planning.
• Lead project teams and act as Principal-in-Charge on select projects.
• Coordinate with leadership to align resources and marketing efforts.
• Drive client growth and staff hiring for business development.
