Job summary

Firetrol Protection Systems, Inc. in Houston seeks an experienced Industrial Inspection and Service Salesperson to drive new business in the Fire Protection Industrial sector.

You will prospect, develop accounts, and upsell multi-line services while negotiating inspection contract pricing. You will manage weekly and monthly progress reports, meet sales quotas, and participate in trade shows and demonstrations to enhance the company’s image.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in industrial fire protection.
• Experience presenting to clients and negotiating in direct sales.
• Strong knowledge of NFPA codes and local regulations pertaining to fire alarm, fire sprinkler, and fire extinguisher systems.
• Proficient in using CRM and sales tools.
• Ability to develop new business and upsell multi-line services.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new customers in the Houston area.
• Deliver sales against a targeted quota.
• Maintain established accounts through regular customer contact.
• Report progress and metrics to operations and corporate teams weekly and monthly.
• Participate in trade shows, product demonstrations, and other events to boost sales and company image.
