You will ensure programs meet NFPA and NRC requirements, develop classroom and hands-on training, and oversee program management for one area. Travel to other facilities for benchmarking and audits is required.

Qualifications

• NFPA 1041/472/1006 standards knowledge required.
• Instructor with fire training program development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and schedule performance-based training for interior fire/HazMat.
• Create and revise training materials using ADDIE.
• Maintain current training programs per NFPA/NRC/OSHA.
• Create auditable training records and reports.
• Travel to other facilities for benchmarking and audits.
