This full-time, exempt position involves 80–100% travel (including overnight), with a focus on safety excellence. Valid Class A CDL is required; bachelor's degree is preferred, with willingness to travel and maintain high standards.

Qualifications

• Public speaking experience is required.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented abilities.
• Proficient with MS Word and Excel.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent education/experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Conduct OSHA, safety, HazMat, and confined-space training programs.
• Deliver professional and engaging classroom instruction.
• Stay current on OSHA regulations and safety requirements.
• Coordinate training schedules with customer contacts.
• Set up and maintain training equipment and materials.
• Complete equipment and trailer inventories and documentation.
• Maintain clean, organized training areas.
• Follow SOPs and customer safety policies.
• Communicate concerns to the Operations Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
