Ascentek is seeking an Environmental Technician to support industrial customers with preventive maintenance and fluid service on metalworking equipment. This entry-level role involves traveling to customer sites, performing maintenance, handling fluids, and upholding safety standards while building relationships with clients.

You will join a team focused on dependable service, learning industrial maintenance, and contributing to safe, efficient production environments in the Milwaukee area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to learn industrial maintenance and fluid service processes.
• Ability to perform repetitive and physically demanding work safely.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and cleaning on industrial machinery and metalworking fluid systems at customer sites.
• Remove, replace, recycle, and process metalworking fluids and related materials.
• Collect, transport, and dispose of used fluids and waste following safety procedures.
• Follow service checklists and work instructions to complete tasks accurately.
• Assist with mixing, diluting, and verifying chemical solutions used in processes.
• Set up and operate service equipment for machine cleaning and fluid management.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area at customer facilities.
• Drive company service vehicles to customer locations and maintain vehicle readiness.
