Job summary

MasterTech in Chicago, IL is seeking Industrial Technicians with Gallus-specific experience on label and packaging production equipment. The role requires extensive travel to customer locations and involves on-site installation and support of mechanical and electrical systems.

Detail-oriented Field Service Techns will perform on-site maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and thorough documentation of issues and service actions.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, and/or mechanical maintenance.
• Corrugated experience in Prepres and/or PostPress machinery.
• Experience with electrical systems including AC/DC and three-phase wiring.
• Excellent customer service skills and communication.
• Exceptional problem solving, troubleshooting, diagnosis and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Field Service Techs will be responsible for the on-site installation and support of mechanical and electrical components and systems, ensuring the machinery is properly installed and operational.
• Detail-oriented FieldService Techs are responsible for the on-site maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of machinery along with reporting issues and completing documentation.
