Job summary

MasterTech in Los Angeles, CA is seeking Field Service Technicians for on-site installation and support of corrugated systems at customer sites. The role requires extensive travel and hands-on work with mechanical and electrical components to ensure machinery is installed and operational.

Successful candidates will diagnose, repair, and report issues while maintaining documentation and delivering excellent customer service during field service engagements.

Qualifications

• Experience with printing, corrugated, prepress, postpress equipment is highly beneficial.
• Experience in industrial manufacturing and mechanical maintenance preferred.
• Knowledge of SPS programming and drive technologies.
• Ability to install, diagnose, troubleshoot, program, and repair machinery.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
