Schedule & Travel Details

• Travel: Approximately 50% travel (primarily domestic/regional with occasional international possibilities).
• Office Time: Standard 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM schedule at the local facility when not traveling in the field.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Install equipment in a manner that ensures reliability and high customer satisfaction.
• Perform preventive maintenance on all supported equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems using structured, systematic problem-solving methods.
• Generate detailed service reports explaining work performed, parts supplied, the core issue, implemented solutions, and required follow-up actions.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and systematic troubleshooting skills.
• Advanced understanding of mechanical systems, including pneumatics, hydraulics, bearings, levers, channels, pulleys, cams, and camshafts.
• Familiarity with industrial tools and equipment.
• Ability to prepare and maintain accurate records and service documentation.
• Valid driver’s license and passport.
• Ability to operate a forklift.
• PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) experience preferred.

Travel Requirements

• Ability to travel extensively within the U.S., with potential international travel.

The essential functions of this role include:
