Job summary

Pop-Up Talent is hiring a Field Service Technician to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial equipment across North America. You will work on electro-mechanical systems, read schematics, and perform hands-on repairs at client sites.

The role requires travel up to 75% (occasional international), strong troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to safety. Benefit packages include health coverage, PTO, and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, associate degree, or relevant technical certification.
  • Hands-on experience with electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and diagrams.
  • Familiarity with machine controls/PLC systems, or willingness to learn.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and time management skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and passport (or ability to obtain).
  • Ability to pass a respirator fit test, physical exam, background check, and drug screening.
  • Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and lifting heavy equipment.
  • Flexibility to work weekends as needed (with additional compensation).

We are hiring a Field Service Technician to join our growing team! As a Field Service Technician, you will provide on-site installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of industrial equipment across North America.
