Job summary

Davis Industrial is seeking a Solutions Specialist to own the Northeast Florida territory from Jacksonville. You will walk plants, identify wear, and propose belt, splice, components, fabrication, or on-site crew solutions, with inside sales and 24/7 service backing you.

This role covers from Jacksonville to Tallahassee and includes a company vehicle, medical and retirement benefits, and hands-on training in conveyor systems and applications.

Qualifications

• Three+ years in industrial outside sales, business development, or account management.
• Owned a territory or book of accounts with measurable results.
• Strong mechanical aptitude for industrial equipment.
• Works independently with territorial responsibility.
• Valid driver's license and clean record.
• Resides within the assigned territory; relocation not provided.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow the Northeast Florida territory from Jacksonville to Tallahassee.
• Walk customer facilities to identify wear and propose belt, splice, components, fabrication, or on-site crew solutions.
• Coordinate with inside sales, estimating, fabrication and 24/7 service team behind you.
• Sell as a problem solver, focusing on uptime and outcomes rather than price lists.
