Job summary

Winzer Corporation is seeking an Outside Sales Associate for our FastServ division in Plano, Texas. You will identify and qualify customers, selling industrial and maintenance supplies to other businesses and visiting sites with a company vehicle.

You will develop a territory plan, meet monthly and quarterly targets, and build long-term relationships with clients while representing the company\'s values. A proven sales background in industrial supplies and a clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven work experience as a sales representative in the industrial supply industry.
• Must have a clean driving record and vehicle to visit customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales plan in the local territory to meet and exceed sales goals
• Sell industrial and maintenance supplies business to business
• Conduct cold calls with manufacturing, maintenance, construction, and other industrial job sites
• Maintain and grow the existing customer base through consultive sales
• Other duties assigned by the regional manager to ensure local branch success
