Job summary

Marian Inc. seeks an Outside Sales Representative to cover Arizona, Utah and Sonora, Mexico. The role is based out of El Paso, TX with a home office. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in industrial OEM sales, strong communication, and a mechanical aptitude.

Travel up to 90% is expected; a college degree is preferred. Experience with thin flexible materials (films, foams, foils) is a plus. Comprehensive benefits, car allowance and expense account offered.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of successful industrial sales experience direct to OEMs.
• Independent work ethic with teamwork ability.
• Extensive travel required across AZ, UT, and Sonora MX.
• College degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and mechanical aptitude.
• Experience with adhesive tapes or thin flexible materials is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales plan to meet personal and company goals.
• Explain and demonstrate technical product aspects to customers.
• Forecast, solicit and secure orders from new and existing accounts.
• Maintain professional relationships with key contacts.
• Prepare periodic reports and deliver excellent customer service.
• Identify opportunities to quote in diverse markets (industrial, automotive, electronics, medical).
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication and time management.
• Sell value over price using solutions-based approaches.
