Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus nine (9) years of relevant experience
• Associate degree plus six (6) years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree plus three (3) years of relevant experience. The associate or bachelor's degree must be in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Assist and coordinate with the site construction lead on scheduling, daily reports, quality control reports, conformance to drawings and specs, and communication with subs.
• Oversee subcontractors and construction to ensure safety, quality, and alignment with drawings.
