Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus nine years of relevant experience.
• Associate degree plus six years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree plus three years of relevant experience in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Assist site construction lead with scheduling, daily and quality reports, and coord with subcontractors.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure safety, quality and conformance to drawings.
• Ensure work adheres to project schedule; escalate delays to Project Construction Manager.
• Write Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports for review.
• Take progress photographs and label each photograph.
• Assist with Monthly Progress Reports.
• Ensure contractors use the latest design drawing revision.
• May provide assistance to Project Construction Manager.
• May be responsible for key trade/subcontractor in support of the project.
• Prepare contract extras and progress payments with Project Manager.
• Provide clear correspondence with project management and clients.
• Maintain on-site records per document control requirements.
• Follow The Perry Group Quality Policy and related Work Instructions.
