A leading industrial distribution firm is seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist to drive fastener sales across the eastern U.S. This remote position involves traveling 50% of the time, focusing on building relationships with new OEM customers, and managing pipeline activities in CRM. Successful candidates will have a proven track record in industrial sales, strong prospecting skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Qualificações

• 3+ years industrial/MRO/hardware supply sales experience required.
• Proven new business development success with the OEM market required.
• Willingness/ability to travel 50% including overnight stays required.

Responsabilidades

• Hunt and close net-new fastener accounts across the eastern US.
• Build and manage a healthy new-logo pipeline in CRM.
• Partner with Account Managers on ride-alongs to unlock fastener sales opportunities.
• Lead VMI/CMI discovery and propose two-bin/Kanban pilots.
