Job summary

Engineering Resource Group is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead maintenance and infrastructure at a multi-building advanced manufacturing campus. You will supervise a team of technicians and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, capital projects, and vendor management.

The role requires an AS or BS in a relevant field and 5+ years of industrial experience, with 2+ years of supervisory work. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC systems and safety codes is essential.

Qualifications

• AS or BS in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Facilities Management or related technical field.
• 5+ years of facilities or maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical and HVAC systems in industrial facilities.
• Experience managing preventive maintenance programs and facility capital projects, including budget and contractor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team and develop technicians and trades.
• Direct preventive and corrective maintenance programs for buildings, grounds, plant equipment and utilities.
• Plan and execute capital and facility improvement projects with budgets, schedules, contractors and vendors.
• Monitor critical infrastructure and drive safety, reliability, energy efficiency and sustainability.
• Support building management, security and environmental monitoring systems.
• Develop and maintain facility documentation, procedures, specifications and work instructions.
• Report facility priorities, risks and project status to site leadership.
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements, building codes and standards.
