Job summary

Job Juncture is seeking an experienced Site Maintenance & Facilities Manager to oversee our facilities operations, including office, warehouse, and production spaces. You will manage a team and drive efficiency while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires leadership across maintenance, HVAC, space planning, and procurement, with a focus on cost controls and long-term facility strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of facilities engineering experience, with supervision.
• Strong ability to present information to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and alteration of office, manufacturing, warehouse, and yard facilities.
• Coordinate inter-building communication installations and maintenance.
• Supervise facilities procedures for efficiency and policy compliance.
• Plan work schedules and ensure safety standards are met.
• Coordinate procurement within budget and submit monthly reports.
• Plan regional facilities modifications including construction and acquisitions.
• Evaluate HVAC, lighting, and space utilization for optimality.
• Develop long-term facility plans, including disaster recovery and safety programs.
• Oversee contracted services such as cleaning and ensure regulatory compliance.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

5+ years of facilities engineering experience including supervision

• Plan, budget, and oversee regional facilities modifications, including construction and acquisitions.
• Evaluate and inspect HVAC systems, lighting, and space use for optimal functionality.
• Develop long-term facility plans, including disaster recovery and safety programs.
• Oversee contracted services such as cleaning and ensure compliance with governmental regulations.
