Cabinetworks Group is seeking a seasoned Facilities Engineer to lead the maintenance and facilities engineering at our manufacturing site. You will partner with leadership to deliver uptime, safety, and budget goals while overseeing capital projects and internal fabrication of jigs and fixtures.

The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering and at least five years in manufacturing/maintenance/engineering management, with experience in RCM/TPM, Lean Six Sigma, and CMMS systems.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 5 years experience in manufacturing, maintenance, engineering or management.
• Experience with development and implementation of RCM and/or TPM systems.
• Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma experience.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Proficient with engineering software tools (MS Project & AutoCAD).
• Experience with CMMS Systems.

Aufgaben

• Facilitate development of facilities maintenance, utility, and capital budgets.
• Manage the maintenance team and maintenance processes to deliver uptime and meet budgetary goals.
• Report weekly and monthly operations scorecard metrics and corrective actions for variances.
• Manage internal fabrication of jigs and fixtures for production.
• Implement and maintain Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) programs.
• Propose projects to reduce cost or improve operational performance; develop scope, budgets, equipment specifications and documentation for capital projects.
• Supervise outside contractors/suppliers as required.
• Contribute to regulatory environmental and safety compliance testing and processes.
