• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repair work on facility systems.
• Maintain, operate HVAC systems and building automation.
• Perform general maintenance such as lighting, painting, drywall and plumbing.
• Review equipment operations methods.
• Complete work orders after facility inspections.
• Maintain electrical/air hoists to support production.
• Monitor and repair compressed air systems.
• Ensure compliance with city/county/state codes.
• Support after-hours building needs.
• Read blueprints and schematics for installation and repair.
• Operate motor control, switchgear, conveyors, and PLCs safely.
• Follow safety protocols.
• Work with low to medium-voltage equipment.
• Maintain detailed maintenance/repair records.
• Flexibly respond to emergencies and shifts.
