Job summary

Mazda Toyota Manufacturing USA in Huntsville, Alabama is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Team Member to ensure Powerhouse and plant equipment function reliably through preventative maintenance and rapid troubleshooting.

Responsibilities include maintaining HVAC and water systems, troubleshooting electrical and mechanical faults, and supporting a rotating shift schedule with overtime. Sign-on bonus offered and comprehensive benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience installing, operating and maintaining Powerhouse equipment.
• Experience troubleshooting HVAC equipment; relevant certification is a plus.
• Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge.
• Team members must work rotating shifts and support overtime.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, corrective and periodic maintenance on plant equipment (Powerhouse, HVAC, water systems, etc.).
• Troubleshoot, repair hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical systems and related components.
• Utilize hand/power tools (pipe threader, welder, cutting torch) and basic machining tools as needed.
• Program, troubleshoot, modify and repair PLCs.
