Job summary

100Hires, Inc. seeks an experienced maintenance technician to dismantle, assemble, install and fabricate equipment such as mills, pulverizers, conveyors, and crushers. You will diagnose faults, repair and rig heavy components, deciding on salvage or scrap as needed while performing welding and fabrication to improve equipment reliability.

The role requires working in hot, dirty, and confined spaces, with rotating shifts and overtime. Strong blueprint reading and safety mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in manufacturing and/or heavy industrial skilled trades.
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
• Willingness to rotate shifts and respond to call-outs.
• Commitment to preventive maintenance and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Dismantle, assemble, install, and fabricate equipment: mills, pulverizers, conveyors, crushers, and rotating machinery.
• Diagnose faults and execute repairs on mills, pulverizers, crushers, and conveyors.
• Safely rig, move, and set heavy, bulky units.
• Determine whether removed parts should be salvaged or scrapped.
• Repair, fabricate, and improve metal components using welding and cutting processes.
