Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Millwright or similar mechanical role.
• Strong knowledge of welding, pipe fitting, and fabrication.
• Experience with conveyor belts, gearboxes, and bearings.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical problems.
• Certification in welding or millwright trade preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Welding & Fabrication: Weld pipe and fabricate conveyor belts and other mechanical components.
• Equipment Maintenance & Repair: Work with gearboxes, bearings, and other machinery components; troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues.
• Tools & Equipment: Use all hand tools, battery-powered tools, and heavy equipment, including manlifts telehandlers and skid loaders.
• Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance such as greasing, oil changes, and general cleanup.
• Safety & Compliance: Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while operating equipment and performing maintenance tasks.
• Flexibility & Availability: Willing to work weekends, long hours, and respond to short notice work requirements based on production demands.
• Work at Heights: Must be comfortable working at elevated heights when necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
