Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. is seeking operators to apply water- and solvent-reducible corrosion resistant epoxy primers on various parts.

You will maintain coating equipment, control film thickness per instructions, and cross-train in racking, turning, sanding, and equipment maintenance during the production cycle. Responsibilities include reviewing work instructions, loading and adjusting equipment, and ensuring safe work practices are followed.

Qualifications

• General education including the ability to read and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and assimilating work instructions specific to paint type, dimensional tolerance and thickness considerations.
• Loading, adjustment and light maintenance of coating equipment
• Successful application of primary organic finishes to a variety of substrates and part configurations.
• Knowledgeable and/or interest in learning racking, turning, and sanding procedures.
• Understanding and maintaining best safe work practices
