Responsibilities include precise paint mixing, surface prep, spray operation, and rigorous inspection to meet strict quality criteria while adhering to safety protocols in a paint booth environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience working in an industrial or manufacturing setting is preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks (standing, lifting up to 100 lbs) safely.
• Familiarity with following complex safety guidelines and wearing respirators in paint booths.

Responsibilities

• Execute precise mixing of industrial paints and protective coatings to meet production specs.
• Perform surface preparation including sanding and cleaning for optimal adhesion and finish quality.
• Operate professional-grade spray equipment for uniform coatings on large assemblies.
