Job summary

Electronic Coating Technologies (ECT) part of Bachmann Chemical & Engineering is seeking a Machine Operator for our Clifton Park, NY facility. You will follow SOPs to operate equipment that coats and converts products into finished items, including potting and encapsulating.

Join a team that values precision, quality, and safety. You will log data via MRP, adhere to ISO/ESD procedures, and raise quality concerns as needed; overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of IPC standards preferred.
• Able to work on a fast-paced schedule throughout the shift.
• Able to stay focused performing repetitive work.
• Able to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Run automated processes including masking, gelling, conformal coating, potting and encapsulating.
• Seek quality assurance feedback at appropriate times throughout the shift
• Ensure ISO and ESD standard operating procedures are followed exactly
• Using the MRP system, log information accurately and diligently.
• Elevate quality concerns to QC.
• Safely operate process equipment as directed by supervisor, work instruction, or equipment manual.
