Qualifications

• Excellent hand/eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Good color vision and vision generally, with or without correction.
• Ability to work alone or as part of a team in a manufacturing setting.
• Familiarity with PPE usage such as goggles, masks, gloves and safety eyewear.

Responsibilities

• Review work instructions for paint type, tolerance and thickness.
• Load, adjust, and maintain HVLP coating equipment (remote pressure, siphon, gravity fed).
• Apply organic finishes to substrates and parts configurations.
• Maintain safety practices and PPE; comply with directives.
• Handle hazardous waste collection, storage, and disposal procedures.
