Job summary

ShalePro Energy Services is seeking an Industrial Painter to perform surface preparation, epoxy paint mixing, and coating applications on on-site industrial projects. The role emphasizes safe operation, attention to detail, and adherence to project specifications.

Qualifications

Detail-oriented and dependable; able to follow instructions and produce good work.
Experience in industrial equipment painting and process piping.
Ability to select proper tools and coatings and follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces and remove old finishes using masking, grit blast, pressure washing, or chemical rinse.
Prepare paints by measuring viscosity and mixing epoxy components as needed.
Apply paints using spray equipment, airbrushes, rollers or brushes with appropriate safety gear.
Clean and disinfect work areas, dispose of hazardous waste per guidelines, minimize overspray.
Maintain and troubleshoot painting equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Monitor conditions and document for turnover packages; perform quality reporting.
