UPS is offering the Engineering Development Program (EDP), a four‑month training track for highly qualified Industrial Engineers. It includes immersive hands‑on work, classroom learning, self‑paced training, and mentorship within UPS Operations.

Successful participants may transition into an IE Supervisor role to lead teams, drive improvements, and support operational excellence after program completion.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in one of the listed majors (preferred).
• Must have a valid Driver’s License by start date of employment.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Enthusiasm, idealism, creativity and dedication to getting results.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
• Ability to interact and communicate effectively across business units.

Mansioni

• Leads and supports project and program management.
• Leads and supports process improvements.
• Performs work measurement using Master Standard Data (MSD).
• Conducts Operations Research.
• Participates in integrated business planning.
• Supports new technology integration and implementation.
• Administers training and development.
