UPS Engineering Development Program (EDP) is a four‑month structured training track for highly qualified Industrial Engineers featuring hands‑on work in UPS Operations, classroom learning, self‑paced computer‑based training, and structured mentorship to build a strong professional network.

Upon completion, participants are eligible to transition into an IE Supervisor role to lead teams, drive process improvements, and support operational excellence across UPS operations.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following preferred majors: Industrial Engineering; Process Engineering; Engineering & Technology Management; Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering; Automation Engineering; Supply Chain Management; Operations Management/Research; Logistics
• Must have a valid Driver’s License by start date of employment.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
