Job summary

UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. is offering an Engineering Development Program (EDP) designed for highly qualified Industrial Engineers. The four-month training combines hands-on work, classroom learning, and mentorship to prepare you for an IE Supervisor role leading teams and driving process improvements within UPS Operations.

Upon completion, you may transition to an IE Supervisor position to apply training, lead projects, and support operational excellence across business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in one of the preferred majors listed.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License by start date of employment.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Enthusiasm, idealism, creativity and dedication to getting results.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
• Ability to interact and communicate effectively across business units.
