UPS is offering the Engineering Development Program (EDP), a structured four-month training track for qualified Industrial Engineers. It combines classroom, hands-on UPS operations work, self-paced training, and mentorship to build a network and readiness for an IE Supervisor role.

Graduates will lead large project implementations, drive process improvements, and support operational excellence after program completion, positioning for advancement into IE supervision.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Engineering & Technology Management, Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering, Automation Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management/Research, or Logistics.
• Must have a valid Driver's License by start date of employment.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and strong interpersonal/communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently across business units.

Responsabilidades

• Leads and supports project and program management.
• Leads and supports process improvements.
• Performs work measurement using Master Standard Data (MSD).
• Conducts Operations Research.
• Participates in integrated business planning.
• Supports new technology integration and implementation.
• Administers training and development.
